If there's an issue with a product you've bought, please call us on 071 916 0341 or email info@salon2hairdressing.ie to arrange a return.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. We'll need a receipt or other proof of purchase to process the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've received it, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund is processed securely through Stripe and applied automatically to your original payment method — this can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
