Patch Test

If you are a new client of Salon 2 and would like to have a colour service, we require a patch test to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Your patch test is kept on file for 6 months. If you do not have a colour service with us within six months from the date your last service was carried out, a new patch test will be required for us to proceed with the service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation charge to be paid before we can rebook any future appointments.
No show for appointment will result in a 100% cancellation charge to be paid before we can rebook any future appointments.

Clothing Policy

We strongly recommend you avoid wearing expensive or delicate clothing during a colour service. While we take extensive precautions to protect your clothes from colour transfer, accidents can happen. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage resulting from unsuitable clothing choices. We advise against wearing designer clothes, hoodies, high-necked tops, white clothing or collared shirts. Additionally, avoid accessories such as earrings and necklaces, as they may interfere with the service. For the best experience, please opt for simple, close-fitting tops and remove any jewellery before your appointment.

Re-dos

If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon immediately after your appointment. Our team is committed to making any necessary adjustments within 2 weeks of your previous appointment. Please note that this courtesy is intended for correcting genuine issues rather than for changes of mind or attempts to obtain free services. We will make every effort to address any reasonable concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Click and Collect

We will keep your order safe in the salon for 2 weeks after your purchase. If you do not collect during that period, your items will be put out for sale, and you will be refunded. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order within the two weeks, please contact us to make an alternative arrangement.

Holding Items

If you have requested the salon to order a product in or to hold a product for you, we will hold the product(s) for 2 weeks after you have been notified it is in the salon. After this time, the product(s) will be released and available for other customers to purchase.
